ARJ Golf Academy provides golf education and coaching intended to help golfers better understand their games, practice with purpose, and make informed decisions on the course. This disclaimer applies to website content, Online Swing Analysis, in-person instruction, drills, practice recommendations, articles, videos, and other coaching materials.
Educational information
Coaching information is educational and is not medical, physical-therapy, rehabilitation, psychological, legal, or other professional healthcare advice. Nothing on this website diagnoses or treats an injury or health condition. Contact a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing a physical activity program if you have an injury, medical condition, mobility concern, or uncertainty about your ability to participate safely.
Physical activity and safety
Golf swings, drills, practice sessions, and on-course activity involve physical exertion and carry inherent risks, including strains, falls, impact from balls or clubs, environmental exposure, and aggravation of existing conditions. You are responsible for:
- Using a safe practice area with adequate space and awareness of other people.
- Inspecting clubs, training aids, footwear, surfaces, and other equipment before use.
- Following all course, range, facility, weather, and equipment rules.
- Using reasonable warm-up, hydration, sun protection, and weather precautions.
- Stopping immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort, unsafe conditions, or equipment problems.
Seek appropriate medical attention for an injury or emergency. Do not rely on ARJ Golf Academy or the website for emergency assistance.
Remote-analysis limitations
An Online Swing Analysis is based only on the videos and information supplied by the golfer. Camera position, video quality, lighting, frame rate, clothing, limited angles, and incomplete background information may affect what can be observed. Remote analysis cannot reproduce every benefit of an in-person evaluation and may not reveal pain, balance concerns, equipment issues, or movement limitations that are not visible in the submitted footage.
You are responsible for providing accurate context and for asking questions when a recommendation is unclear. ARJ Golf Academy may request replacement footage or recommend an in-person lesson or qualified healthcare evaluation when appropriate.
Individual results
Golf development varies based on experience, physical ability, practice quality, equipment, course conditions, decision-making, and many other factors. ARJ Golf Academy does not promise or guarantee a particular score, handicap, ball flight, swing change, tournament result, rate of improvement, or continued performance.
Examples, testimonials, and educational demonstrations describe individual experiences or teaching concepts and are not guarantees that another golfer will achieve the same outcome.
Applying recommendations
Use reasonable judgment when applying coaching recommendations. Begin new drills gradually, use an appropriate club and environment, and adapt the volume or intensity to your ability. If a recommendation conflicts with advice from your physician, physical therapist, facility professional, or another qualified provider familiar with your circumstances, obtain clarification before continuing.
Junior golfers
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising a junior golfer, selecting an appropriate practice environment, confirming that the junior is physically able to participate, and deciding whether a drill or recommendation is suitable. Online information is not a substitute for appropriate adult supervision.
Third-party facilities and equipment
References to courses, practice facilities, equipment, applications, products, or third-party services are provided for convenience or instructional context. Unless expressly stated, ARJ Golf Academy does not control or guarantee their safety, availability, quality, policies, or performance. Follow the rules and instructions provided by each facility or manufacturer.
