Terms of Use

These Online Swing Analysis Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you purchase or submit materials for an ARJ Golf Academy Online Swing Analysis. By purchasing the service or submitting the required form, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service

One Online Swing Analysis purchase covers one golfer and one complete submission consisting of one face-on swing video and one down-the-line swing video. The service includes:

• A personalized recorded video analysis.
• A concise written summary.
• One primary improvement priority, personalized drills, and practice recommendations.
• Up to three reasonable follow-up questions submitted within 48 hours after delivery.

The service does not include a live lesson, ongoing coaching, unlimited video reviews, or analysis of additional swings unless ARJ Golf Academy expressly agrees otherwise.

Price and payment

The current early-access price is $30 USD for one analysis. Payment is due in full through Stripe before videos may be submitted. The final amount shown at Stripe checkout is the amount charged. This is a one-time purchase and does not create a subscription or automatic renewal.

Each completed Stripe checkout authorizes one submission. A checkout session may not be shared, transferred, or reused for another golfer or another analysis.

Submission requirements

You must provide accurate information and submit one face-on and one down-the-line video in MP4 or MOV format. Each video must be 30 seconds or less and no larger than 250 MB. A 7-iron, driver, or the club causing the concern is recommended.

You represent that you own the submitted materials or have permission to provide them, and that the videos do not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, or publicity rights. Do not include unrelated people in the videos unless you have their permission.

Delivery

ARJ Golf Academy aims to deliver the completed analysis within two to three business days after receiving a complete, usable submission. Weekends and recognized holidays are not business days. The delivery period does not begin until both videos and all required golfer information have been successfully received.

If circumstances outside ARJ Golf Academy’s reasonable control cause a delay, you will be contacted using the email supplied with the submission.

Unusable or replacement footage

If Alfonso determines that the original footage cannot be reviewed properly, ARJ Golf Academy may request one replacement video. The replacement must be submitted within 48 hours of the request unless another deadline is agreed to. A replacement requested because the original footage is unusable does not count as a follow-up analysis.

Additional or changed swing videos submitted after feedback require a new Online Swing Analysis purchase unless Alfonso specifically requests them.

Refunds

Online Swing Analysis purchases are nonrefundable once a complete submission has been received. If original footage cannot be reviewed, the normal remedy is replacement footage rather than a refund. If ARJ Golf Academy is unable to complete the purchased analysis, the client may choose a full refund or service credit.

Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or payment errors should be reported promptly to alfonso@arjgolfacademy.com. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Follow-up questions

Three follow-up questions are included for 48 hours after the analysis is delivered. Questions must relate to the delivered analysis. The follow-up period does not include a new swing review, additional video analysis, or continuing coaching.

Junior golfers

A parent or legal guardian must purchase and submit the service on behalf of a golfer under 13. Golfers ages 13 through 17 require parent or legal guardian permission. The submitting adult is responsible for providing accurate consent and for supervising the junior golfer’s use of the coaching information.

Video rights and privacy

You keep ownership of your videos. You grant ARJ Golf Academy a limited permission to store, access, copy, annotate, and otherwise use the submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased service, communicate with you, maintain records, and protect the service.

ARJ Golf Academy will not publish or use your videos, name, likeness, testimonial, or analysis for advertising or promotional purposes without separate permission. Video retention and deletion practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Coaching limitations and safety

Golf instruction is educational and results vary by golfer. ARJ Golf Academy does not guarantee a particular swing change, score, handicap, performance result, or freedom from injury. You are responsible for deciding whether a drill or recommendation is appropriate for you, using a safe practice area, following facility rules, and stopping if you experience pain or unsafe conditions. Coaching is not medical advice.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt to bypass payment or submission limits, interfere with storage or security systems, upload malicious or unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that harms ARJ Golf Academy or others. Access may be suspended when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, fraud, or security concerns.

Service availability and liability

ARJ Golf Academy will use reasonable care in providing the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website, email, payment, or file-upload availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARJ Golf Academy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Any direct liability relating to a purchased Online Swing Analysis will not exceed the amount paid for that analysis. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and governing law

ARJ Golf Academy may update these Terms for future purchases. The version in effect when you purchase will govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or benefits you. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without limiting any consumer protection rights that apply to you.
